Quality and Environmental Management System

Zwickauer Kammgarn's company policy on quality and environment is defined in a management manual containing quality and environmental policies and governing their implementation.

The manual applies to all products, all services, and all events of relevance to the environment.

The quality and environmental management system ensures that all organisational, commercial and technical activities affecting quality and the environment are planned, controlled, monitored and that requirements agreed under a contract as well as applicable laws and regulations are complied with.

All employees are actively involved in this system.

Zwickauer Kammgarn's quality management / environmental management system is based on the recommendations of the international standards DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 as well as on the provisions of bodies of rules and regulations whose application is required under a contract.

The management undertakes to perform its activities as described in the management manual, including the procedures, to ensure that the quality of all products and services of ZKS meets our customers' legitimate requirements.
